Terms of Service

## 1. Services These terms govern the use of hren.io and any services provided by Darjan Hren / Skuology. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. ## 2. Scope of work All project scopes are agreed in writing before work commences. Any changes to scope during a project are subject to a change order and may affect timeline and price. ## 3. Payment - **Revenue Scan™**: Payment in full required before work begins. - **Baseline Build™**: 50% deposit required to commence; remaining 50% due on delivery. - **Growth Engine™**: Monthly retainer billed at the start of each month. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Late payments may result in work pausing until payment is received. ## 4. Intellectual property Upon receipt of full payment, all original design work and deliverables produced become the client's property. Source files (Figma, Liquid) are included in the handoff. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. ## 5. Confidentiality We treat all client data, analytics, and business information as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent. ## 6. Revisions Project scopes include a defined number of revision rounds. Revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at our standard hourly rate. ## 7. Warranties and limitations We warrant that work is delivered to a professional standard and in line with the agreed brief. We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit, arising from the use of deliverables. We do not guarantee specific CVR or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on factors outside our control including traffic quality, product-market fit, and market conditions. ## 8. Termination Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Work completed to date is billed pro rata. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. ## 9. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Slovenia. ## 10. Contact For terms-related questions, email hello@hren.io.
